三亚珊瑚湾文华东方酒店宣布蔡潇（Sean Cai）先生出任驻店经理一职，全面负责酒店运营管理。蔡潇毕业于瑞士工商酒店管理学院，拥有20余年的豪华酒店工作经验。
蔡潇先生于2017年加入文华东方酒店集团，先后任职于广州文华东方酒店、吉隆坡文华东方酒店并担任餐饮总监一职。在加入文华东方酒店集团之前，蔡潇先生曾在多家奢华酒店积累了丰富的经验，包括希尔顿、万豪、柏悦等多个国际品牌酒店。
凭借敏锐的市场洞察力、优秀的管理经验以及奢华品牌的管理理念，蔡潇先生将带领三亚珊瑚湾文华东方酒店的团队着重提升酒店的餐饮品质与服务细节，继续为宾客提供文华东方酒店所一贯秉承的传奇式服务。

Mr. Cai joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group since 2017, as Director of Food & Beverage of Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou, after two successful years in China, he was transferred to Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and helped to further enliven the legendary service of the team. Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, he gained a wide range of experiences at Hilton, Marriot and Hyatt Hotel Group.
With his extensive management knowledge and well-rounded operational background, Mr. Cai is committed to continuing the excellent and legendary service of Mandarin Oriental, Sanya.
